On-Site Review and Assessment

Our process uses classic Business Analysis to achieve the following:

• On-Site Visit
• Gather and analyze the Business Requirements
• Select and Document a custom Solution track that works for you
• A Series of Follow-up Consultations to discuss the proposed Solution, Implementation, and Cost

If the proposed Solution and Cost are accepted, FMBiz.net will prepare a Statement of Work specifying the details of the Solution and a time line for completion. All Solutions will require a 20% deposit to begin work and an arranged schedule of payments for the remaining balance will be negotiated when the Statement of Work is formally accepted.
